We each have an individual relational dynamic going on with life all the time and there is an interchange of light.  Light is coming in and light is going out.  That was very interesting to me in terms of vision because we think of vision as coming in to the eye and what I had been sensing is that we are projecting the vision out of our being, out of our eye.

There’s so many pieces.  First of all, we talk about light entering the eye.  What we don’t realize is light is also emitted from the eye.  What an interesting concept.  Of course when we think of headlights we know that light comes out of it.  We think we are the receivers of the light.  We don’t recognize that we are interacting with the light.  That became evident to me when I mentioned before about the aura’s that I was seeing, but it became even more evident in the 80’s when I went to a top Optometric college and we took some very sophisticated equipment in a laboratory that had full spectrum lighting overhead so we knew what the quality and spectral characteristics were of the overhead lighting.  And then we took six or eight individuals, brought them into the room, and from six or eight feet away we focused an instrument into the pupil of the eye to see what is coming out of the eye.  And the researcher I was with said I know what you’re going to find, you’re going to find a reflection of the overhead lighting coming off the eye.  And I said well it will be interesting to see.  We didn’t find that at all.  Every person that we evaluated other than myself had just one or two frequencies of light coming out of their eye.  In other words, they might have one or two colors coming out of the eye rather than the full spectrum of light.  For whatever reason at that moment what was coming out of my eye was the same energy that you see coming off the sun and it was totally different than the other half a dozen people.  What was interesting was not that mine was different than theirs, but that everybody’s was different than everybody else’s.  And so again it allowed me to recognize that we each have an individual relational dynamic going on with life all the time and there is an interchange of light.  Light is coming in and light is going out.  That was very interesting to me in terms of vision because we think of vision as coming in to the eye and what I had been sensing is that we are projecting the vision out of our being, out of our eye.  I mentioned before that there are some important foundational aspects of vision that are key to learning, key for parents and so on.
